This is a misprinted transparent sticker. What should be white has been made clear, so the helmet and the skates are not correct.
   The ~3"x~3" sticker has the penguin NACHL logo. It comes in two colors: It's a sister versus brother face-off with Ytza facing right and wearing the blue sweater, while her twin brother Itza faces left in the gray sweater.
